Like It's a Law (The Diary)
A pop-rock song with a reggae pulse about being handed a version of your own story and told it is final.

Indie rock and pop-rock, written, sung and played by a singer-songwriter from Serbia, living in Vienna.

A pop-rock song with a reggae pulse about being handed a version of your own story and told it is final.

An acoustic ballad about accountability: one night, no alibis, and the quiet that follows.

Do birds leave because they are cured, or because leaving is the only way to endure?

A short, catchy song in Serbian about a relationship where one side insists there are problems and the other insists there are none.
Dusan Velickovic is a singer-songwriter from Serbia who lives and works in Vienna. He writes his own songs and lyrics and performs them: pop-rock with a modern sound, acoustic indie ballads, and now and then a reggae pulse.
In 2026 he released four songs: “Like It’s a Law (The Diary)”, “One Night, Whole Life”, “Why Birds Fly South” and “Problemi”. Each has an official music video on YouTube and is on Spotify. The English songs deal with blame, accountability and leaving; “Problemi” is a short Serbian-language song with a catchy, stubborn chorus. The production is a collaboration with Marko Petković from Kragujevac and Danijel Tasić from Vienna.
The songs have been played on European radio, reviewed by music webzines and discussed in a podcast interview. Everything is collected on the Press and radio page. A new single, “Devil Wears Angel’s Mask”, is on the way, and concerts in Germany are planned for the end of 2026 and for 2027.
Dusan also runs the YouTube channel dusangear, where he reviews guitar gear: dusangear.com.
New here? Start with “One Night, Whole Life” for a quiet acoustic ballad, “Like It’s a Law” for pop-rock with a reggae pulse, or “Problemi” if you want something short and in Serbian.

The next single by Dusan is coming soon. Follow on Spotify, YouTube or Instagram to hear it first.
